Access Removed
If you arrived here from your accounting software, the connection between TEKEASE® Ledger Bridge and your company file has been revoked. No further action is needed.
What Happens Now
Ledger Bridge can no longer read from or write to your company file. The access token issued to TEKEASE is void, and tokens cannot be reissued without you authorizing the connection again.
Work already recorded in your books stays in your books. Revoking access does not reverse, delete, or unwind any entry. Your accounting records remain exactly as they were at the moment access was removed, and they remain entirely yours.
If TEKEASE was in the middle of agreed work when access was removed, that work has stopped. If that was not your intention, contact us using the details below.
If You Still Need To Disconnect
Access can be revoked by you at any time, directly, without going through TEKEASE.
Sign in to your accounting software
Sign in as an administrator of the company file. Revoking app access requires administrator rights.
Open the connected apps list
In QuickBooks® Online this is found under Settings, then Apps, then the My Apps tab. Other platforms list it under connected apps, integrations, or authorized applications.
Find TEKEASE Ledger Bridge
Locate the entry named TEKEASE Ledger Bridge in the list of authorized applications.
Disconnect it
Choose Disconnect, then confirm. The change takes effect immediately.
You may also write to support@tekeaseonsite.com and ask that the connection be removed from our side. We will revoke our own token, confirm in writing within one business day, and destroy any working copy of your data that the engagement no longer requires.
Your Data After Disconnecting
You may request, in writing, confirmation of what Ledger Bridge changed in your company file, a copy of any working data TEKEASE still holds, or the destruction of that data. Requests of this kind are handled under the TEKEASE Privacy Policy.
