Residential
In honor of how it all started.
The principal keeps a limited number of residential clients as a connection to the firm’s beginnings in Peoria. Every home is held to the same standard of care as every other TEKEASE® relationship.
For the home
Your technology should simply work: every device, every room, every member of the household.
No waiting days for an offshore queue to respond. When your home technology needs attention, submit a request through your client portal for immediate, top-tier remote support.
TEKEASE® keeps a small roster of residential clients on a standing agreement. One point of contact. Direct access to the principal. Complete discretion.
What’s included
Attentive, ongoing care for every part of your home’s technology.
Dedicated Remote Support:fast, secure remote assistance and direct portal ticketing handled directly by senior leadership.
Threat Removal & Protection:viruses, spyware, and ransomware removed thoroughly, with protection kept in place afterward.

Primary Care™
Primary Care™ is the standing technology agreement for private residences.
It covers the household’s primary computers and home network under one ongoing relationship, so help is never something you have to weigh before asking for it.
Private introductions
Client onboarding is strictly limited to ensure dedicated, high-priority care for every active household.
We do not offer walk-in or on-site retail repairs. We provide ongoing, 100% remote technology management exclusively for a select group of private clients.
New client relationships are limited. Reach out to inquire about current roster availability.
